CommentR connects to your Facebook Page and Instagram account via Meta's official API. It pulls in every comment from your organic posts and ads into one unified dashboard. The AI reads each comment, understands the context, and drafts a reply in your brand voice. You review the draft, edit if needed, and hit approve, the reply gets posted to Facebook in seconds. You can also like, hide, or delete comments, use batch actions to process multiple comments at once, and keyboard shortcuts to speed through your queue. Nothing ever goes live without your explicit approval.

CommentR never posts anything on your behalf without your approval. Every AI-drafted reply sits in a review queue until you explicitly approve, edit, or reject it. On Pro, Pre-Approved Rules surface high-confidence replies for fast approval, but you still review and click Post. Only the Business tier offers optional approval-bypass posting. The AI does the heavy lifting, but you always have the final say.

Brand Voice Learning (BVL) is CommentR's adaptive AI system. Every time you edit a draft before approving it, the AI learns from the correction. Over time, draft quality improves and matches your tone, style, and terminology more accurately. BVL is available on paid plans only, Starter includes 1 Brand Voice profile, Growth includes 3 (one per connected page). During the 7-day trial, the BVL panel is visible but blurred with a preview, so you can see what's coming.

Yes. CommentR is built for agencies and freelancers who manage multiple pages. On the Starter plan you can connect up to 2 Facebook/Instagram pages, and on Growth up to 3 pages. Each page gets its own Brand Voice Learning profile on Growth, so the AI adapts separately to each client's tone. The trial lets you connect 1 page to get started.

CommentR supports 180+ languages. The AI detects the comment language on its own and drafts the reply in the same language. So if someone writes in German, the draft goes out in German, no manual switching required.

CommentR has a built-in AI SKIP mechanism, a spam and troll filter available on all tiers, including the trial. It detects spam, troll comments, and irrelevant noise on its own, and flags them so you can skip or hide them in one click. For legitimate negative comments, the AI still drafts a thoughtful response, but you decide whether to reply, ignore, or hide. You can also like, hide, or delete any comment directly from the dashboard.

Yes. CommentR picks up replies within comment threads, not just top-level comments. If someone follows up on your reply, the AI drafts a contextual response based on the entire conversation, not just the last message. This keeps multi-turn conversations natural and on-brand.

CommentR currently supports all four major comment sources: Facebook Page posts, Facebook ads, Instagram posts, and Instagram ads. Every comment from all sources streams into one unified dashboard, no switching between platforms.

TikTok is next on our roadmap. We're actively working on the integration and will notify all existing users as soon as it's live. If you start with Facebook & Instagram now, you'll get TikTok access right away when it launches, no additional setup needed.

Google Business is also on the roadmap alongside TikTok. Both are planned for later this year. We'll announce exact timelines closer to launch, stay on the current plan and you'll get access right away.

Currently, CommentR is focused exclusively on comments, not DMs. We're laser-focused on doing one thing well: making comment replies fast and on-brand. DM management may come in a future version, but it's not on the immediate roadmap.

The trial gives you access to the full dashboard with core features: AI-drafted replies, approve/reject/edit workflow, batch actions, keyboard shortcuts, dark mode, mobile dashboard, spam/troll filter, and comment like/hide/delete. Limits: 100 AI replies, 25 postable replies, 1 connected page, and comments refresh every 2 hours (12× per day). The AI engine is Standard tier. Brand Voice Learning is visible but blurred (preview only), and Saved Replies are locked, both unlock on paid plans.

After 7 days, your AI-drafted responses are saved, but no new comments will be processed. You can upgrade anytime to keep your workflow running, during the trial you'll see a discount banner offering up to 30% off your first month (the discount decreases daily: 30% on days 1–2, down to 10% by day 7). Your data stays accessible either way, and we never delete your account without notice.

No contracts, no commitments. You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard settings, it takes one click. If you're on a paid plan, your access continues until the end of the billing period. During the trial, just don't upgrade and it expires naturally.

Yes. Each tier has monthly limits on AI-generated replies and postable replies. Trial: 100 AI replies, 25 posts. Starter: 1,500 AI replies, 750 posts. Growth: 2,500 AI replies, 1,250 posts. The dashboard shows a usage meter so you always know where you stand, it warns you at 72%+ utilization. If you hit the limit, new comments still come in but the AI won't draft replies until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade.

CommentR uses Meta's official Graph API with OAuth authentication. You log in with your Facebook account and grant page-level permissions, CommentR never asks for your password. The connection uses the same secure API that Meta provides to verified business tools.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We don't store your Facebook credentials, authentication is handled entirely through Meta's secure OAuth flow. Comment data is only used to generate draft replies and improve your Brand Voice Learning model. We never share your data with third parties.

Absolutely. You can revoke CommentR's access from your dashboard or directly from your Facebook Business Settings at any time. Once disconnected, CommentR immediately loses access to your pages and comments. Your existing data can be exported or deleted upon request.

Comment pickup speed depends on your plan. Trial and Growth refresh every 2 hours (12× per day), and Starter every 4 hours (6× per day). Once comments land in your dashboard, the AI draft is generated within seconds.

Not yet, but the dashboard is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. You can approve drafts from your phone on the go. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap for later this year.

No. CommentR runs entirely in your browser, there's nothing to install, no plugins, no extensions. Just sign up, connect your Facebook Page, and you're live. Works on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, any modern browser.
